Consider commencement of Standard Office Lease between the City of Griffin and Sellers Law Firm for Suite 502 of One Griffin Center in the amount of $6,050.00 per year. Downtown Development Authority Executive Director Kenwin Hayes will address.




SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

The Sellers Law Firm has signed a lease for Suite 502. This is a thirty-six (36) month lease commencing on January 1, 2017.



STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

Annual rent collected in year one will be $6,050.
