Appoint one (1) member to the Griffin-Spalding Development Authority and a Commissioner (Chair or designee) appointed annually.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

This appointment is for a regular term that expired 12/31/16. Commissioner position was held by Commissioner Morrow and expired 12/31/16. Members are appointed to three-year terms: 4 City appointees and 4 County appointees and 1 joint appointment (rotating). In addition, the Chairperson of the City Commission (or designee) and Chairperson of the County Commission (or designee) shall also serve. This Authority meets the second Thursday of each month at 8 a.m. in the G-S Development Authority Office on East Solomon Street.
