STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Denial of liability. The City's Risk Manager has reported this claim to GIRMA for adjustment.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

The City is a Member of the Georgia Interlocal Risk Management Agency. The City as a deductible of $25,000 per claim.
