STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Denial of Claim. The City's Risk Manager has reported this claim to GIRMA for adjustment.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

The City is a Member of the Georgia Interlocal Risk Management Agency. The City has a $25,000 deductible per claim.
