Consider approval by resolution to amend the City of Griffin’s Operating and Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 in the amount of $20,844,903.70 and Fiscal Year 2016-2017 in the amount of $20,015,222.73 for projects that we will complete in FY17.  Chief Financial Officer Markus Schwab will address.

The amendments reduce Fiscal Year 2016 budget appropriations and increase Fiscal Year 2017 budget appropriations.

The budget amendments and resolutions amend out $20,844,903.70 from Fiscal Year 2015-2016 and amend in $20,015,222.73 to Fiscal Year 2016-2017.  Project rollovers amount to $19,757,802.93 with a remainder allocated for house keeping requirements.
