Consider approval of a Streetscape-Enhancement Lighting Agreement for streetscape/enhancement lighting assistance for SR 155/North Hill Street; Solomon Street & 5th Street (LCI) - P.I. No. 0010333; Director of Public Works and Utilities Brant D. Keller will address.


SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

This is the standard agreement for lighting and landscape projects funded on state routes and FHWA funded projects.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

City will be responsible for operation and maintenance of street lights on the above referenced project.
