Consider approval of the revised Personnel Review Board. Human Resources Director, Miles Neville will address.

 




SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

The Personnel Review Board hears employee appeals of a disciplinary salary reduction, suspension without pay, demotion, or termination of employment by the City Manager. The board makes a recommendation, to the City Manager, to affirm, reverse or modify the action taken. Three (3) members no longer wanted to serve on the board, and these are recommended changes to the board.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.
