SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

A vehicle was approved for purchase on 02/24/15, but the vendor was unable to reserve it and that vehicle was sold. This vehicle is the same make and model and the vendor confirms purchase reservation until March 27, 2015. Total cost of vehicle and equipment installation is $24,979.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

Vehicle is being purchased with asset forfeiture funds.
