Consider approval of the Griffin Spalding County Hospital Authority's 2015 allocation of funding of $13,000, to the Spalding County Board of Health for flu shots. City Manager Kenny Smith will address.

The City and Spalding County are required to approve the funding of Hospital Authority projects. Request is attached.
