Consider for approval to amend the City of Griffin's Fiscal Year 2014-2015 General Fund Operating and Capital Budget by appropriating $1,581.00 to revenue under Contributions & Donations, and appropriating $700.00 to Advertising and $881.00 to Printing & Binding for Citizens Engagement activities promoting city outreach. Chief Financial Officer Markus Schwab will address.

Eagles Way Church contributed $700.00 to advertising utilized during the Middle Georgia Doc Holiday Festival via the City's "Downtown Griffin" promotional Facebook page.
Spalding Collaborative contributed $881.00 towards printing utility bill inserts advertising "Making Griffin-Spalding Better Together" conference.
Staff recommends approval.
The resolution and budget amendment serve as housing keeping requirements, after the fact, to recognize contributions and donations and appropriate funds accordingly. |
