Resolution making appointment to the office of Municipal Court Clerk and approving compensation for said position erroneously showed the annual salary as $37,294.40 per annum, payable in fifty-two (52) weekly installments. This action will correct said salary to the current $39,374.40 per annum, also payable in twenty-six (26) bi-weekly installments. Per the Charter of the City of Griffin, Sec. 3.7, Municipal Court Clerk, the Commission shall fix the compensation for that office by ordinance or resolution. The municipal court clerk may be removed from office at any time, without cause or notice, upon the affirmative vote of at least four (4) members of the Commission
Staff recommends approval.
Municipal Court Clerk's position is for the annual current salary of $39,374.40. | | | |
