This is a scheduled and budgeted F/Y 14-15 expense as detailed in the attachment. Refurbishing of Dozier undercarriages are scheduled based on manufacturer specifications and pre- determined wear limits to prevent catastrophic failure of track and drivetrain components.
Per COG purchasing protocol, three quotes were submitted and Mosley Tractor was the lowest bid considered that encompassed the repair/refurbishing standard required.
Staff recommends approval.
