Consider for approval and recognize the Year End Settlement from Electric Cities of Georgia (ECG) in the amount of $26,113.28; direct ECG to refund $20,000 by check and instruct ECG to apply the remaining $6,113.28 towards the City's subscription to ECG Education, Training & Development programs; and amend the budget accordingly. Electric Director Bill Bosch will address. Approved

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

The ECG year end settlement exceeds the adopted budget by $6,113.28. The City plans to use the extra funds towards ECG education, training, and development programs.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

The resolution and budget amendment appropriates the additional $6,113.28 towards ECG education, training and development programs.
