The City of Griffin has been awarded a $20,000 grant for wayfinding signage in Downtown. The grant will be used to purchase additional wayfinding signs in addition to the budgeted signs for FY15. Budget amendment recognizes grant as revenue and moves current budgeted funds in the amount of $20,230 from Operating Supplies to Technical Services.
Approval of contract with the Georgia Department of Economic Development.
The first dispersement of the grant is $16,000 and the remaining $4000 will be released upon receipt of final report. |
