Receive comments regarding proposed First Reading of an Ordinance amending the Code of Griffin, Georgia at Chapter 94, ENVIRONMENT, Art. IV, STORMWATER MANAGEMENT, Div. 2, Post-Development Regulations, to comply with requirements in the City's 2012 General Phase II NPDES Permit for Small MS4s relating to permit design standards and performance criteria.  Dr. Brant D. Keller will address.   No action required

In as much as private property rights may be affected by imposition of stormwater regulations pertaining to development and post-development standards, the public hearing will allow the Commission to consider citizen's comments and concerns prior to enactment of the proposed Ordinance.
