Consider approval of an Excess Capacity Sale in the amount of 3,101KW to the City of Buford at the price of $2.00/KW, for calendar year 2015. Electric Director Bill Bosch will address. Approved

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

This sale does not obligate Buford to take any energy; rather, it reserves the right to take the energy in the event their system requires it. Griffin has made similar sales to Buford in past years.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

The sale will produce revenue of $6,202 shown as a $516.83 monthly credit on the MEAG bill for eleven months, and one payment of $516.87.
