SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

This is for the last phases of the CDBG grants for the Thomaston Mill Village repair or replacement of water and wastewater infrastructure.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

Budget FY2014-2015 Account 505-4405-52-1200 in amount $18,500.00. Amount of this TOF is $6,700.00
