The City of Griffin needs to upgrade their email system from Microsoft Windows Exchange Server 2010 to the new Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 platform to meet new technologies and support future department needs. The Microsoft Exchange 2013 upgrade will enhance the City's email capabilities by improving performance and optimizing/reducing email storage requirements. All city departments utilize and depend on our Windows Exchange platform.

Funding for the purchase comes from existing budget of $22,500.00. |
