Consider approval to purchase two (2) Ford F-150 4X4 super cab pick-up trucks for the Technical Services Division of the Electric Department in the state contracted amount of $24,399 each from Speedway Ford; declare unit # 763 and # 3895 as surplus and sell on GovDeals.com.   Electric Director Bill Bosch will address.  Approved


SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

These vehicles will replace two thirteen-year-old pickups that have multiple mechanical issues, Unit 763 (110,000+ miles) and Unit 3895 (95,300 miles).  

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

This is a budgeted purchase in the amount of $24,400 each.
