The current unit # 916, a 1993 Peterbilt, has become cost prohibitive to continue to operate. Heil Environmental whose authorized dealer for this region is Carolina Environmental Systems Inc. is an approved NJPA ( National Joint Powers Alliance ) vendor which is recognized and authorized by the State Of Georgia as an approved supplier permitting any state ,county, or local government entities to acquire goods and or services from without the need for issuing any RFP or formal bid documents.
