SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

The improvement to the grade crossing is part of the SPLOST Project 237-238 at West Broad Street - 9th Street - Experiment Street intersection improvement.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

Budgeted in SPLOST 2008 for the intersection improvement project.  Amount of this improvement is not to exceed $72,765.00.
