ITEM SUMMARY:

Consider approval to award bid and contract to Match Point Tennis (lowest and best bid) for the construction and fencing of City Park Tennis Courts in the amount of $84,342.00.   Director of Public Works & Utilities Dr. Brant D. Keller will address.  Approved


SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

This project completes the reconstruction of all tennis courts in City Park.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

Funds will be available from unused FY 14 funds that will be rolled over into FY 15. Contingency funds as well as unused funds for relighting of city park are available. Budget rollovers will be presented on July 22.
