SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

Proposed by Spalding County, the purpose of the joint SPLOST survey was to receive community input prior to finalizing project selection for the 2014 SPLOST.  The initially publicized period extended from May 1 to May 30, but submissions were allowed before and after this period.  More than 400 online responses were received between April 15th and June 6th.  Approximately 30 paper copies were returned to one of four advertised drop off locations during this same period.
