Consider continuation of warranty services agreement with Utility Service Partners, Inc. for providing to the general public a warranty program for water service lines and wastewater collection lines to citizens. Agreement was effective February 26, 2013. Agreement continues with automatice renewals unless city gives 90 day notice to discontinue prior to a renewal date. Commission to decide to continue program or give 90 days notice to discontinue prior to the next renewal date of February 26, 2015.
Staff recommends approval to continue this service to the general public.
