Receive comments regarding an amendment to the City of Griffin Zoning Map to include designation of Special Housing Revitalization Overlay District (SHROD).  Director of Planning and Development Taurus Freeman will address.


SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

Staff is requesting amending the City of Griffin Zoning Map to include the Special Housing Revitalization Overlay District (SHROD).  The requested map amendment is located on the southeastern corner of South 15th and Meriwether Streets, which is for the property located at 426 S. 15th Street, Tax Map 24 Block 02 Lot 24.
