The amendment is to include automobile and truck sales, service and repairs in the Planned Commercial Development district in Table 7.3. Permitted Use Table by Zoning Category and Development in the Unified Development Code (UDC). Before the adoption of the UDC in April 2012, the Code of Ordinances allowed the aforementioned uses in the Service Business category. In the current Code, such uses are not shown on the land use table. Planning & Zoning Board of Commissioners recommended approval.
Staff recommends approval.
