This project is for the 1888 Mills Expansion to the old NACOM building. The City's portion of the construction is $287,898.50 and 1888 Mills will pay $114,865.00 for their construction totaling $402,763.50. The City, along with the Griffin-Spalding County Industrial Development Authority, has submitted to Georgia Department of Community Affairs for an EIP Grant of $500,000.00 to fund this project.
Staff recommends approval.
Funds to come from Capital Cost Recovery Fee and when grant is awarded, the funds will be reimbursed for expenses. Amount of this bid is $402,763.50. |
