Consider approval of a Resolution adopting the annual Fiscal Year 2014–2015 Operating Budget appropriating expenditures and projected revenues for specified purposes, functions and activities by fund for the budget period and the Capital Improvement Program. Director of Administrative Services Markus Schwab will address.  Approved on vote of 7 - 0

The Fiscal Year 2014–2015 Operating Budget provides revenues and expenditures for the General Fund, Airport Fund, Solid Waste Fund, Stormwater Fund, Motor Pool Fund, the Combined Utilities Fund (Electric, Water, Wastewater) and Special Revenue Funds, including personnel, contractual services, purchased services, operations and financing of expenditures through an appropriation of projected revenues.
