Consider renewal of Standard Office Lease between the City of Griffin and Griffin-Spalding County United Way for suite #501 of One Griffin Center in the amount of $1,303.98 per year. Downtown Development Authority Executive Director Kenwin Hayes will address.




SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

The Griffin-Spalding County United Way has signed a lease renewal for suite #501. This is a thirty-six (36) month lease commencing on September 1, 2016. The lease also considers normal annual increases.



STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.



FINANCIAL IMPACT:

Annual rent collected in year one will be $1,303.98.
