SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

Staff is requesting amending the City of Griffin Zoning Map to include the Special Housing Revitalization Overlay District (SHROD) for Meriwether Phase III. The requested map amendment is located on the southwestern corner of Pimento Avenue, which is for the properties located at 0 Pimento Avenue, Tax Map 046 Block 09 Lot(s) 19,20,21,22.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Planning & Zoning Board and staff recommend approval of the request.
