Consider approval of a Task Order Form for the Dam Inspections of Still Branch Dam and Heads Creek Dam to Hazen and Sawyer in the amount of $4,800.00 for the Water and Wastewater Department of the Public Works and Utilities Department. Director of Public Works and Utilities Brant D. Keller will address.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

Annually, GAEPD requires the Dams' Engineer of Record to inspect Category I Dams. The City of Griffin has two: Still Branch and Heads Creek Reservoirs.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

Budgeted FY2016-2017 account 505-4432-52-1200 $3,500.00 and account 505-4431-52-1200 $3,500.00. Amount of this TOF is $4,800.00
