Consider approval of a Task Order Form for the Sewer Model and Capacity Analysis for Potato Creek Sewer Basin to Paragon Consulting Group in the amount of $285,000.00 for the Water and Wastewater Department of the Public Works and Utilities Department. Director of Public Works and Utilities Brant D. Keller will address.

This is year two of a three-year process of modeling the entire sewer system basins. Cabin Creek was complete in 2016 and in 2018 we will finish Shoal Creek Basin and present to GAEPD. The model will evaluate where Inflow and Infiltration (I/I) takes place before the plant. By correcting I/I, the plant capacity will be reduced and expansion of the plants can be delayed into the future.
Staff recommends approval.
