ITEM SUMMARY:

Consider approval of an agreement for the tank maintenance of Still Branch Clearwell #2 to American Tank Maintenance in the amount of $2,250.00 for the Water and Wastewater Department of the Public Works and Utilities Department. Director of Public Works and Utilities Brant D. Keller will address.


SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

This agreement is for the annual fee to inspect all components for safety, sanitary, structure, security and coatings. Every three years the tank will be drained, washed out for potentially harmful accumulations of mud, silt and other build up. 



STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

Budgeted in FY 2016-2017 in repair and maintenance, account 505-4333-52-2200, the amount of this agreement is $2,250.00.
