ITEM SUMMARY:

Consider approval of a Task Order Form (TOF) for the design and placement of the Still Branch Reservoir pumps to Paragon Consulting Group in the amount of $52,000.00 for the Water and Wastewater Department of the Public Works and Utilities Department. Director of Public Works and Utilities Brant D. Keller will address.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

Existing reservoir pumps have outlived their useful life and need replacement. The Magna Drive pumps will be replaced with VFD Drive pumps. Replacement will occur this year in 2016-2017.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

Budgeted in FY2016-2017, line item 505-4432-54-2500, in the amount of $330,000.00. The amount of this TOF is $52,000.00.
