Consider Joint Proclamation with Spalding County to welcome Toppan Printing Company, Ltd., a Japan-based manufacturing firm, to Griffin and Spalding County.


SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

Toppan Printing Company, Ltd. is one of our area's newest industrial tenants in Georgia's first eco-friendly, green industrial park, The Lakes at Green Valley. This Joint Proclamation was readied prior to this meeting and provided to the Griffin-Spalding Development Authority for presentation at welcoming festivities.
