Consider approval to direct MEAG Power to place 100% of the City's 2015 MEAG Telecommunications Year-End Settlement refund of $4,153.00 into the City's MEAG Municipal Competitive Trust Flexible Operating Account - Short-Term Portfolio and authorize execution of the MEAG Power Telecommunications 2015 Year-End Settlement Election Form by the Commission Chair and City Manager. Electric Director Dan Thompson will address.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

The deposit into the Short Term Portfolio allows an increase in this account for any electric emergency operations.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

This will increase the balance of the Short Term Portfolio by $4,153.00.
