ITEM SUMMARY:

Consider acceptance of a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Grant, Airport Improvement Program (AIP-31) for Airport Property Boundary Survey & Plat services at the Griffin-Spalding County Airport. Airport Manager Robert Mohl will address.


SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

This is a reimbursement grant, services have already been received and paid for.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval. The GS-Airport Authority approved the recommendation at their regular meeting on 14 March, 2016.



FINANCIAL IMPACT:

AIP Grant-31 is for $18,531.00 and the local share is $2,059.00 ($1029.50 City & $1,029.50 County).  The total grant award is for $20,590.00.  This is a budgeted item.
