Consider approval of a Relocation Agreement with Georgia Power for the relocation of a utility pole on SPLOST Project Intersection #1, in the amount of $8,046.00 for the Public Works and Utilities Department. Director of Public Works and Utilities  Brant D. Keller will address.


SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

Georgia Power utility pole needs relocation on Intersection #1 of the 2008 SPLOST.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

This project was identified in 2008 SPLOST and the relocation is necessary for construction of Intersection #1.
