Consider on second reading an update to the City of Griffin's Sewer Use Ordinance. The ordinance has been updated to comply the City of Griffin's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)  Permits. Director of Public Works and Utilities Department, Brant Keller, will address.




SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

From time to time the Sewer Use Ordinance is reviewed and amended for compliance with NPDES Permit Conditions. The ordinance has been reviewed and the document reflects changes in the City's permit conditions as directed by GA EPD. There have been no changes since first reading on January 12, 2016.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.
