Consider denial of claim by Brenda Shaw for injuries allegedly sustained on September 16, 2015 in the parking garage of the City as Ms. Shaw was leaving City offices. Her notice of claim, filed by attorney Timothy N. Shepherd in a 9/22/15 letter to City Manager Kenny Smith, specified no amount of monetary damages. City Attorney Drew Whalen will address.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

Ms. Shaw contends to have tripped on "an uneven step which is adjacent to the paved surface of the first level of the deck" and she contends to have fractured a finger on her left hand and bruised ribs on her left side.
