Consider the approval of a Construction Contract Agreement for the Execution of PI No. 0008237, Spalding County; Spalding County Intersection Improvement Program - Phase 1 and PI No. 0008238, Spalding County; CS 897/Meriwether Street @ CS 765/W. College St. 2 CS 823/12th St. with the Georgia Department of Transportation in the amount of $10,000.00 for the Public Works and Utilities Department. Deputy Director of Public Works Chris Walker will address.


SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

GDOT requires a construction agreement for limited oversight of federally funded projects in which FHWA monies are spent.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

 



FINANCIAL IMPACT:

Funds to come from 2008 Special Local Option Sale Tax in the amount of $10,000.00
