This concludes the final phase of the water and sewer improvements in the Thomaston Mill Village project. The following numbers are cumulative for the project: DCA funding is $3,500,000.00 and City of Griffin funding is $1,870,125 for a total of $5,370,125. The project was for 7.1 miles of water main replaced, 2.3 miles of sewer main replaced or rehabilitated, 42 new hydrants installed, 53 sewer manholes added or rehabilitated, and 497 water service connections replaced.
Staff recommends approval.
