Consider the purchase of 2 (two) Dodge Chargers in the amount of $50,211.50 ($25,105.75 each) from Akins Ford Dodge Government Sales, a State-wide Contract Dealer; approve additional equipment and installation by TransComm Services in the amount of $3,690.00 ($1,845.00 per vehicle); amend the budget for Criminal Investigations Division accordingly with appropriations from the Confiscated Assets Fund. Public Safety Director Frank Strickland will address.
