Consider amending current lease agreement with Law Offices of G. Alan Dodson, LLC for Suite 405 at One Griffin Center to adjust ending date of 36-month lease agreement correctly to December 31, 2016. City Manager Kenny Smith will address.


SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

This modification will correct the previous ending date shown of December 31, 2017 to December 31, 2016, for this 36-month lease agreement.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

N/A.  Agreed-upon rental rate is not changing but rather the term only.
