ITEM SUMMARY:

Consider the approval of Task Order with Hazen and Sawyer Environmental Engineers & Scientists for the Inundation Study of Still Branch Reservoir in the amount of $18,900.00 for the Water and Wastewater Department of the Public Works and Utilities Department. Director of Public Work and Utilities Department Brant D. Keller will address.


SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

Study documents the areas affected if the Category I Dam is breeched. It also amends the Emergency Response Plan for the Reservoir. GA EPD requires this as a condition of our withdrawal permit.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

Budgeted in FY2015-2016 account 505-4432-52-1200 in the amount of  $20,000.00. Amount of this TOF is $18,900.00.
