This agreement is for the development, maintenance and enhancement of the City of Griffin's work order management system. This year's program consists of automation of the Stormwater Annual Report, dashboards water, wastewater, Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), linear assests for sewer model, sewer inspection model, Cogsdale Interface, and Backflow model training.
Staff recommends approval.
