Consider approval of 2015-2016 agreement for the Sludge Management Program to Synagro for the Water and Wastewater Department of the Public Works and Utilities Department. Director of Public Works and Utilities Department Brant D. Keller will address.

Synagro permits sludge field, compiles and supplies the NPDES GAEPD sludge report, and collects and distributes sludge to approved land applied fields for the City of Griffin. For the third year in a row, the City has been able to negotiate the same fee of $.0624 cents a gallons for the services to Harry Simmons WTP, Cabin Creek WWTP and Potato Creek WWTP.
Staff recommends approval.
