Request to approve travel for Chairman Hollberg and Commissioners Todd and McCord to the MEAG Power Annual Conference, July 13-15, 2015. City Manager Kenny Smith will address.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

Commissioners desire to attend this annual MEAG Power Conference to review market and industry related issues. Commissioner Todd is the approved voting delegate to the Conference.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

Registration for Commissioners will total $390 and is a budgeted item for FY 2014-2015. Travel expense for Commissioners will approximate $2746 ($1752 for hotel and $994 for mileage) and is a budgeted item for FY 2014-2015.
