ITEM SUMMARY:

Consider approval to amend the City of Griffin's Fiscal Year 2014-2015 Operating and Capital Budget in the amount of $16,000.00 (grant award) for the purchase of vehicle cameras as previously approved on  April 28, 2015; and approve the transfer of $124.00 to General Fund Operating Cash from Asset Forfeiture Cash. Chief Financial Officer Markus Schwab will address.


SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

A budget amendment is required to properly record funding sources and uses.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

The resolution and budget amendment appropriates $16,000.00 to expenditure under Tools & Small Equipment and revenue from Police Byrne Grants along with some minor "house keeping" adjustments.
