Consider a parking configuration to add on-street parking spaces to the east side of North 5th Street. City Manager Kenny Smith will address.

Business in the area has requested additional parking (on-street) on the east side of N. 5th Street, in front of 110, 120 and 324 N. 5th Street. Ample ROW exist to add the parking easily. Approximately nineteen (19) spaces will be added which will assist area business and add parking for the Solomon Street Park area. Adjacent property owners have been contacted and are in agreement.
Staff recommends approval.
Construction will come from Public Works Streets general operating funds. |
